ZM is operating support groups for three new sets of people: for parents of children with cancer, for the "Sherut Leumi" girls, and one group is for all our other wonderful volunteers.

The parents group, numbering parents from 30 different families, is run by psychologist Dr. Baruch Shulem. Social worker Miri Chananel supervises the support group dedicated to the Sherut Leumi girls. Psychologist Amit Liron is in charge of the support group that focuses on all the other ZM volunteers. .

We have already begun to receive feedback from support group participants. They report that these support groups have created a positive atmosphere and superb feelings.

In the near future, ZM will be opening additional support groups for parents of cancer-sick children living in greater Tel Aviv, as well as support groups for bereaved parents whose cancer-stricken child has passed away from his illness.

ZM invites and enables all parents whose child is being treated at any hospital in Israel to participate in any of our support groups located throughout the country.
